The Business Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining and reconciling Resident Trust Accounts and follow up with family member.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verify Census
- . File all company paperwork
- . Maintain understanding of State Notices
- . Maintain and Reconcile Resident Trust Account
- . Cash Posting
- . Have/show respect towards residents and maintain their trust
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a long term care environment
- Healthcare billing experience, preferably in a long term care setting
- Good organization skills and a quick learner
- Strong basic computer skills and a willingness to provide support in a learning environment
